Depending on the session we book will determine what props we will needOften, yes, yoga can be wonderfully supportive, but it’s important that I know. Please share any injuries, health conditions, or anything else relevant before class so I can offer safe options and adaptations. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and rest when needed.
