Class Descriptions
Here you will find a description for each of the Online Yoga Classes I offer.

Vinyasa Yoga
Open to all levels, including those who have not practised yoga before.
A Vinyasa yoga class. The class offers a moment to pause, ground and arrive. I will introduce optional pranayama (breathwork).
Together, we will move through Vinyasa flow and explore movement and breath. As the class progresses, strengthening and balance will be explored, with the options offered within each section to meet you where you are on that day.

Monthly Yin Yoga
A slower, deeper practice to help you land at the end of the week. Yin yoga focuses on longer-held shapes that gently target deeper tissues, inviting stillness, sensation and a different kind of awareness. This class is energetically themed around the elements and inspired by its roots of TCM.
This is a quiet, spacious class. Less doing, more noticing. With options throughout so you can find the right balance of comfort and challenge for you.

Monthly Rest Club
Rest is powerful, and often the hardest thing to prioritise.
Rest Club exists to help you carve out that time and give yourself permission to truly slow down. Resting alongside others can make it feel more possible, more held, and less like another thing on your to-do list.
We’ll begin with a gentle check-in and space to set an intention, followed by slow, easing movement and restorative yoga. There’s a soft focus on breath and meditation, always optional. Restorative shapes are held for 2–5 minutes, with plenty of guidance to help you find comfortable, supported variations that invite ease into the body and nervous system.
This class is open to everyone. You’ll be encouraged to listen to yourself, take options, and meet yourself exactly where you are.

Yoga Snack - Functional Movement
A 30-minute movement snack for busy humans. We’ll move every joint in every direction, stretching, mobilising and gently strengthening the body in a functional, feel-good way.
Perfect if you want to move regularly without committing to a longer practice, or if you’re looking to support your body alongside other activities. Short, sweet, and surprisingly effective.
"I have loved yoga with Katie and would highly recommend her. She has a kind, gentle, warm manner and always tailors the classes to the individuals there. She has adapted poses and suggested exercises to suit my needs."
Gwen Macknamara, Oxford, UK
"Katie is an amazing yoga teacher! She is great about encouraging her students to take the class at their own pace and offers lots of modifications to facilitate all levels. Her teaching practice provides just the right amount of spiritual understanding and meditative practice alongside the physical practice."
Kristina McClendon, Oxford, UK
"Katie's a wonderful yoga instructor. Extremely kind, empathic and patient. I've taken her Flow and Power Yoga classes at beginner and intermediate levels and they were a joy to attend."
Gauri Chandra, Oxford, UK
"The best thing for me personally is how accessible her classes are. As a larger bodied woman, I’ve been to other classes where I’ve been made to feel absolutely awful about myself and my yoga practice. Katie always makes sure to give options and modifications depending on your level of ability and what makes you feel good. I 1000% recommend her classes to anyone, she will make you feel welcome."
Sophie Knowles, Oxford, UK
