Every group is different. The number of participants, duration, amount of sessions, travel, mat hire, preparation time, additional meetings that can be involved in preparing a group session means the cost can vary quite a bit.
Therefore, I work on a quotation basis for group classes. Use the form below to send me your requirements, and I will prepare a quote for you.Often, yes, yoga can be wonderfully supportive, but it’s important that I know. Please share any injuries, health conditions, or anything else relevant before class so I can offer safe options and adaptations. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and rest when needed.
