About the event
Join me this November for three cosy nights in the Welsh Countryside. From Thursday the 12th through to Sunday the 15th, we will take time to slow down, connect to our practice of yoga, connect to the elemental nature around us, and to the community we are practising in.
Your Invitation
Winter is a season that quietly invites us inward. In nature, everything slows. Energy is conserved. Growth happens beneath the surface. Yet modern life rarely allows us to follow this rhythm. This retreat is an invitation to pause.
Over three nights, we will step away from the pace of everyday life and enter a slower rhythm shaped by yoga, nourishing food and time in nature.
Morning practices will gently awaken the body. Evenings will soften into restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. In between, there will be space to rest, walk the land, sit by the fire or enjoy the sauna and hot tub overlooking the valley.
A few quiet days to reconnect with yourself.
